Our client based in Essendon,  is seeking applications from experienced HR professionals with in-house recruiting background. You will be part of the HR team with a large focus on end-to-end recruitment. This is a part time role working 3-4 days per week.

This unique opportunity will suit a flexible and adaptable professional who has worked in a changing and dynamic environment. Your main focus will be to manage the HR process within the aviation sector of our business.
About the Role
• Support and conduct end-to-end recruitment activities, which involves advertising, shortlisting, interviews, reference checking, contract preparation, recruitment reporting and employment packs
• Conduct on-boarding and inductions for new employees
• Manage and implement improvement plans for underperforming staff in the business
• Maintain employee files, policy and procedure manuals
• Carry out performance audit checks to ensure our administrative processes and systems are consistent with internal policies and procedures, including employee records
• Oversee effective coordination of HR systems and practices
• Other ad hoc and administration duties as required
About You
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) across all organisational levels
• Positive work ethic and demonstrate initiative on the job
• Excellent organisational skills including the ability to meet deadlines
