Our client a leader in the freight forwarding sector is seeking a hands-on Customer Service officer, Inbound to join their fast – paced team in Hawthorn.

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing customer requests via email & phone
• Handle customer queries & provide solutions
• Maintain & develop excellent customer relationships
• Order management
• Data entry

Key Attributes

  • 2 – 3 years of customer service experience working in a call centre or admin role

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills & the ability to work with various systems
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work proactively & autonomously
• Exposure to transport industry is preferred but not essential
The successful candidate will be required to work, Monday – Friday between 10am and 6pm.

Please note that this is not a call centre type of role,  but is Customer Service, Inbound –  over 90% of calls are inbound, servicing clients with all of their transport and logistic needs and the remainder of calls will include calling clients back to advise of what the outcome to their query is.
