Our client a leader in the freight forwarding sector is seeking a hands-on  Customer Service / Admin officer, to join their fast paced team in Hawthorn. ASAP START

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing customer requests via email & phone
• Handle customer queries & provide solutions
• Maintain & develop excellent customer relationships
• Order management
• Data entry

Key Attributes

  • 2 – 3 years of customer service experience working in a call centre or related admin role

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills & the ability to work with various systems
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work proactively & autonomously
• Exposure to transport industry is preferred but not essential

The successful candidate will be required to work, Monday – Friday between 9.am and 5.30pm.

This position will keep you busy on the phones, (superior telephone skills a must!) servicing clients with all of their transport and logistic needs and will include follow up with clients queries.

This is a busy role in a good working professional environment.
