On offer is an outstanding opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join their fun, friendly team
This is a stand alone Accounts Receivable role where you will be part of a fun Admin team , your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Creation of new accounts
• Ensuring that the debtors ledger is maintained in a timely and accurate manner
• Collection of overdue accounts
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Receipting & allocation of payments
• Weekly and monthly reconciliations
• Preparing debtors reports for management
• Managing and resolving all internal and external queries.
• Providing ad hoc support to the broader team

If you possess the following skills please consider applying:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounts receivable/credit
• Strong debt collection experience
• Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• An expert in MYOB
